Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–4 business days, provided the item is in stock.

For pre-order items, shipping takes place as soon as production is completed — the estimated production time is 14–28 days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Costs

Germany: Free shipping for orders over €67.
EU countries: Free shipping for orders over €119.
For orders below these amounts, shipping costs are calculated according to the courier service's rates.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are at the customer's expense.
To arrange a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
